How to review

Open the demo site and chat with the widget (ask about hours, services, or something unknown).
Leave a message → confirm → check Portal → Leads.
In Portal → Jobs: move a job to awaiting confirmation, simulate customer YES/NO, walk issue recovery.
Edit/approve the BIF and confirm the widget uses the approved version only.
